GlenDronach Peated

Hey guys! How's it going?🙂.
.
So here is the review of the Glendronach peated 🥃.
.
The first peated expression in the GlenDronach range is initially matured in oak barrels previously used for bourbon, after which it is transferred to barrels of sherry Oloroso and sherry Pedro Ximénez. Thus, the whisky retains its specific classic style, which it enriches with new elements of smoke, outlining an intriguing expression. Unlike most peated whiskies from Islay, this whisky has no salty or intense citrus notes and the smoky aroma is not as strong. GlenDronach Peated is without a doubt a pleasant surprise and a special experience for all single malt lovers, regardless of their preferences.

Here is my review:.
.
Nose: A fine breeze of tropical fruit, vanilla, plum and burnt wood, which harmonize perfectly with each other.
.
Palate: An interesting bouquet, dominated by aromas of cinnamon, smoke, honey, chamomile, rosehip and raisins.
.
Finish: Medium, harmonious.
.
A very interesting expression from Glendronach indeed.
.
Have you guys tried this one yet?.
.
Cheers and have a great summer weekend!🥃.
