Singleton single malt scotch whisky 12yo

Hey guys! How's it going?π.
.
So we have one week till Christmas and I am still packing to move to the new place, but I managed to find time for a new review!π.
.
This time we have the 12yo Singleton single malt scotch whisky π.
.
The name "Singleton" is inspired by an expression used by whisky brokers in the early 1920s to describe a whisky from which they had only one barrel available. This name is not accidental, because the expression is a very special one. The 12-year-old Singleton of Dufftown is aged in European oak barrels, from which it borrows sweet aromas and notes of walnut. The character of this expression aged for 12 years is shaped by perfectly balanced flavors, to create a harmonious single malt.
.
Here is my review:.
.
Nose: Nutty, bitter sweet. Oaky, herbal with cereal notes.
.
Palate: Again oaky and nutty. Spicy citrusand pralinew.
.
Finish: Long, rich, woody and fruity.
.
Color: Intense gold.
.
Have you tried this one yet? What did you think of it?π.
.
Cheers! Have a great weekend!π₯β¨π₯.
