Jim Beam Signature Craft 12 years

It's Friday finally and autumn is starting to show its face here, but this is perfect weather for whiskey!😉.

So for this Friday's review we have a bourbon I've been skipping out on for a long time, so I finally decided to pull the trigger. And I'm glad I did! This is good bourbon 👌🏻🥃.

This expression of bourbon is a tribute to tradition, being the only one in the Signature Craft series that benefits from a permanent presence in the range. The 12 years spent in the barrels seem to have been enough to achieve a balanced taste, with a perfect percentage of woody notes. Produced in small batches, Jim Beam Signature Craft 12 years is carefully created from the best ingredients and bottled with a concentration of 43% alcohol.

Here is my review:.
.
Nose: Woody notes, complemented by vanilla and caramel accents.
.
Palate: An elegant bouquet that combines aromas of caramel, honey, cinnamon and vanilla with notes of oak wood.
.
Finish: Woody, with notes of marzipan and a hint of smoke.
.
Color: Copper.
.
All in all it's a very good bourbon în my 🥃 book 📖🙂.

Andrei Muresan

My name is Andrei, Andrei-Paul Muresan. I’m an IT professional, born in the wonderful year of 1982, in the heart of Transylvania (for people who don’t know, the heart of Transylvania is a city called Cluj-Napoca, located in Eastern Europe, in Romania to be more exact).
