The Fall Enzoni
Hey guys! How’s it going? It’s been a while since my last cocktail post so I decided to mix up something really good and ready for the fall and have I got a delicious one for you!
The fall is now in full swing and my favorite seasonal fruit are red/dark grapes. This cocktail brings together one of my favorite cocktails, the Negroni and dark grapes. This is one delicious treat let me tell you! 😉
I found this recipe on youtube on The Educated Barfly.
Ingredients
So here’s what you need to mix it:
- 1oz (30ml) Rye Whiskey
- 1oz (30ml) Campari
- .75oz (22.5ml) Lemon Juice
- .75oz (22.5ml) Simple Syrup
- 3-4 Large Red Grapes (or 6-8 Small ones)
- Orange peel or dark grapes to garnish
How to mix it
Muddle all ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake 8-10 seconds. Strain into a rock glass or a low stemmed glass over a huge ice cube, then garnish with a couple of dark grapes and/or orange peel.
And there you have it! 🙂
Conclusion
So what do you guys think? Is this a delicious fall rye whiskey mix or what ?
Cheers!
